One of our MSP clients is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project/Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, fosters internal collaboration, and enhances client satisfaction in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift Status: Exempt
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
Support daily operations to uphold efficiency and compliance.
Promote cross-departmental communication to resolve issues quickly.
Assist in shaping and applying operational procedures.
Organize team meetings and client visit logistics.
Track ticket boards across departments to ensure timely client communication.
Support equipment procurement and manage inventory processes.
Handle check deposits using the online banking system.
Project Coordination
Plan and manage internal and client-facing IT projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with engineers to develop timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate resources, task assignments, and stakeholder communication.
Track progress, address project deviations, and recommend process improvements.
Types of projects include:
Internal IT initiatives
Client onboardings
Network upgrades (firewalls, switches, wireless)
Server migrations and upgrades (on-prem & cloud)
Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
Qualifications
Proven experience coordinating IT projects, ideally in an MSP environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a client-first approach.
