About The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, community-driven Social Media & Community Coordinator to be the face of our events and a bridge between our dealerships and the public. This person will lead on-the-ground coordination of sales and charity events, help capture real-time content, and keep the energy going across our social platforms. You'll partner closely with our content team to ensure brand alignment, support dealership campaigns, and drive community engagement.

Key Social Media & Community Coordinator Responsibilities:

Coordinate and attend dealership events (sales, charity, customer experiences)

Work with General Managers and staff to plan local promotional activities

Capture live social content (Instagram Stories, TikToks, Facebook Lives)

Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages

Partner with the Video Producer to ensure timely post-event content

Submit creative requests (flyers, promos, signage) and support in campaign execution

Social Media & Community Coordinator Qualifications:

Strong people skills – outgoing, professional, and community-oriented

Experience with social media engagement and scheduling tools

Comfort being in front of or behind the camera at events

Basic design or content skills a plus (Canva, Meta Business Suite)

Willingness to travel between dealership locations for events

Social Media & Community Coordinator: :$45,000 – $60,000/year

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
