We are looking for a skilled HR Payroll Administrator to manage all tasks related to payroll processing.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality on all matters related to the position and the organization
Processing payroll for Technicians, hourly, Salary and commissioned employees through CDK Payroll Plus
Manages new hire on-boarding, and new hire access needed
Maintain accurate employee files and records
Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll
Performs a wide variety of payroll processing activities, including processing requests, data entry, payroll adjustments and processing terminations
Entering employee information and payroll data into HR system
Responsible for ensuring company meets all state and federal regulations regarding employment
Responsible for all employee benefits: including enrollment, answering questions, resolving problems, and communicating information to employees, along with payment to insurance providers
Answers general questions regarding employee records and status
Balance and post daily deposit.
Inventory and record keeping on company shirts
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements and Experience
Prior experience in Human Resources or Payroll is required
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
