Mill Technician

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mill Technician. This position offers an opportunity to work independently while contributing to the critical operations of our facility.

Shift Information:

Training Period: 6:00 AM â 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday), up to 60 days

Regular Shift: 2:00 PM â 10:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

Shift Premium: Additional $1.00/hour for working night shiftsKey Responsibilities:

Carefully disassemble mill components

Clean parts thoroughly using industrial solvents such as acetone

Reassemble mill parts following detailed written and visual instructions

Utilize hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and ensure all quality standards are met

Crosstrain and provide support in other departments as needed

Always adhere to safety protocols and company policiesRequired Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to read and follow written and visual instructions

Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks

Familiarity with using basic hand tools

Tolerance for industrial environments and strong smells

High reliability and strong attendance recordPreferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or maintenance role

Experience working with industrial cleaners or solvents

Prior night shift or independent work experienceCompensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)

$1.00/hour shift premium
