For the Position of

Parking Laborer

West Hartford Municipal Parking, a division of the Department of Public Works, is taking applications for Part-time Laborer, regular and seasonal. The hours are 18-20 per week, maximum 900 hours/year. Maintenance hours are from 6:30AM to 2:30PM weekdays. Responsibilities include housekeeping, cleaning equipment and facilities, and seasonal maintenance tasks, such as mulching, weeding, de-icing, and snow removal.

Requirements:

Must be available to work the hours from 6:30AM to 2:30PM

Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays, on a rotating basis

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid CT driver's license in good standing

Posting will remain active until positions are filled.
