Your role
Do you have experience in regulatory reporting and fund audit supervision? Do you have a deep understanding of fund accounting? Are you interested developing your career in Asset Management?
We are looking for someone like that to:
• review regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Lux GAAP standards.
• supervise fund audits, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• manage CSSF regulatory reporting for funds, including AIFM reporting, SAQ, Separate Report, and fund audit deadlines.
• maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory and statutory reports.
• provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve reporting processes and compliance.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring independent and efficient task management.

Your team
You will be working in the ManCo Delivery Team in UBS’s Business Solution Center in Poland. The Team is responsible for delivering investment fund-related services to the three European Management Companies located in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland. You will report directly to a local Team lead and work closely with your colleagues, other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

Your expertise
• experience in a similar function, with a focus on regulatory reporting and fund audit supervision.
• strong knowledge of fund accounting for UCITS and AIF products.
• in-depth understanding of CSSF regulatory reporting requirements for funds.
• excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• proactive and independent in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
