The position

As a Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will ensure the successful long-term execution of patient activation campaigns for assigned Novo Nordisk products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional medical, regulatory and sales teams to develop tactical marketing plans that prioritize patients’ needs and outcomes.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Manage NN products to achieve sales targets, including future product launches. Focus on understanding patient journeys and implementing programs that facilitate improved disease management and adherence

Create innovative solutions and integrate digital marketing strategies into patient activation plans. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results

Adhere to Novo Nordisk’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local regulations, and established marketing budgets and forecasts. Establish and maintain good contacts with key/digital opinion leaders

Develop and supply the Sales Force with relevant promotional materials. Communicate with third-party service providers and take full responsibility for content and approval process. Act as a super user for internal Novo Vision and IO Engage systems

Represent the Novo Nordisk Way, values, and commitments in daily interactions with internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

University degree in life sciences (medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology)

1-3 years of experience as a marketeer in a global innovative pharmaceutical company

Strong business understanding & knowledge of the Lithuanian pharmaceutical market

Experience in digital marketing would be an advantage

Ability to learn new therapy areas and interpret medical data.Successful experience in launching new products

Digital technologies, social media knowledge and active usage

English, Lithuanian proficiency

Advanced skills in MS Office, Outlook

Driving license.

About the department

Located in Vilnius, Lithuania, our marketing department focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving market share, and improving patient outcomes through innovative marketing strategies and targeted outreach efforts. This new Product Manager position will reflect our commitment to strengthening our presence in the market and better serving our stakeholders. Salary range for this role will be between 4100 to 5000 euro gross, monthly.
