The ideal candidate will efficiently handle documentation, assist in compiling billing packets, and ensure timely claim submission while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage high call volumes and handle confidential information
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience in medical bill processing or healthcare-related customer service
Familiarity with electronic document management systems
Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities
Compensation: $18 - $20/Hour
