Mechanic for logistics company

We are looking for an energetic, mechanically minded, mechanic to join our team.

Your role in the team

Inspect and review equipment.

Diagnose and determine faults with the equipment.

Conduct safety and function checks in line with company guidelines.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Manage your daily workload and ensure that all jobs are attended to and completed within the specified time frames.

Always deliver a professional level of service.

Maintain an accurate record of work performed.

Skills we look for

While a mechanical trade certificate (Forklift Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Automotive Electrician/Heavy or Light Vehicle Mechanic) is preferred, it is not a prerequisite as we believe motivation and experience are more important than certificates alone.

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and develop your career.

Ability to understand and follow processes.

Time management skills.

Enjoy working in a team and fast-paced environment.

Prior servicing, mechanical, electrical or hydraulic experience.
