We’re looking for a Furnace Load/Unload Operator to bring the fire to our manufacturing team! At AAM, we specialize in shaping the future with metal, from cold forging to hot forging, machining, and more. If you thrive in a fast-paced, action-packed environment and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty (and a lot strong!), we want you.

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay: $18.35 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Lift, load, and unload heavy materials from the furnace like a pro.

Work in a hot environment

Monitor furnace operations and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Keep things tidy, safe, and organized—your work area will always be clean and mission-ready!
