We are looking for a strong technology leader for a Domain Enterprise Architect role who has good experience architecting and designing complex, efficient and secure systems using cutting edge technologies.

These Domain Architect should have hands-on experience acting as an Architect in their current 4-5 years of professional experience with background of being technological expert in Cloud [AWS services], Infosec, Microservices, APIs, Data and other integration patterns, etc.

You should have great communication, solution providing and articulation skills who can not only provide technical solutions in the domain but can also have it communicated to high-level leadership, technical delivery as well as non-technical teams.

LOCATION: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

POSITION: 6-month contract to hire

PAY: $130hr

What you'll be doing

Be part of the Domain leadership team to create technology strategy and influence technical direction.

Responsible and accountable for all architecture functions within the domain.

Collaborate across other stakeholders and architects to drive consensus.

Ability to generate High-level and Low-level design artifacts in partnership with Solution architects.

Architect, designing, and influencing highly reliable, fault-tolerant applications and services with a focus on reliability, self-healing, performance, and scale.

Driving the creation and adaption of technical and automation roadmaps, patterns, and practices for the respective area of focus.

Articulating and communicating technology alternatives to various audiences across various product factories/leadership.

Designing technical solutions across teams, communicating designs to development teams (factories), and supporting developers through the implementation, testing, and delivery of solutions.

Ensuring solution designs include monitoring and logging to provide end-to-end visibility and automation.

Ability to foster innovation among team members and drive best practices.

Acting as liaison with the vendors, development teams, and business users to create and finalize end-to-end technical solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of architecture experience.

Candidate must be local to DFW area now.

Executive presence and good communication / articulation.

Have good understanding of technology landscape and depth. Cloud [AWS services], Infosec, Microservices, APIs, Data and other integration patterns, etc.

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP.

Financial services experience

Have technical depth in any of the following domains : Payments/Billing/Treasury, Insurance products-Vehicle Protection products, Consumer Lending, Multi-tenant platforms, Accounting/Tax/Finance & Risk/Compliance
