Req Description

Looking for people who have experience in: Troubleshooting Experience (O365, connectivity, hardware, printer support, software, etc.) 6 month -12 month long contract. Active directory migration.

Have to be fully vaccinated and can commit to the duration of the project.

Description

Hospital is looking to bring on 20 resources to assist with two large projects that must be completed by mid next year ). The first project which is the Active Directory Migration where they are responsible for 500 PCs a week and then will convert users.

Taking 50+ calls a day to troubleshoot issues from end users

15 spots- 7A-5P

5 spots- 7P-7A shifts

They currently do not have a script in place and do not know if the script will work or what issues they may run into so the importance of patience, organization, communication and go getter mentality are extremely important.

2. Great Communication- these resources will be interacting with medical staff, doctors, nurses, etc. so great communication and personal skills are key. They need to be patient and willing to go out of their way to solve issues and ease stressful situations as this is a huge project.

Opportunity to support one of our healthcare clients with two large projects as they merge.

Work Environment

They are looking for 15 day shift: 7A-5P and 5 night shifts ( we can get creative to stagger 8-12 hour shifts from 5P-7A to provide adequate coverage). With the day shift, we can stagger start/end times to cover as necessary. It will be a 40 hour work week for all shifts.
