You’ll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry. How you will make an impact:
• Collaborate with departments within Edwards in order to assess needs and perform actions required, across the entire supply chain continuum (e.g, plan, source, make and deliver) seeking to manage product flow including issues with some complexity:
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, incorporating methodologies such as Push/Pull, Just-In-Time (JIT), Reorder Point (ROP) practices, and safety stock calculations.
• Manage supply fulfillment activities with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables.
• Lead and resolve any highly complex supply issues, inventory levels not met, product specs/ license change, etc.
• Manage the lifecycle of products, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and phase-out processes. Coordinate efforts between Regional DC, market Supply Chain, Global Supply Chain and production teams to facilitate successful product launches, ensuring that new products meet market needs and are delivered on time.
• Lead regional planning digital solutions, driving initiatives in system enhancement, process improvement, and perform detailed analysis to improve supply chain operations such as:
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and identify business opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory levels and forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability. Consolidate and analyze demand forecasts for the region, ensuring customer service levels are met within inventory guidelines.
• Maintain processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions that includes track and report on KPIs relevant to operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI performance data.

What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in related field, 3 Years of previous related experience Required
• Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry Preferred
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g, SQMS, JDE, JDA) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain including FDA and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, representing the organization on specific projects, and vendors/suppliers
