· 5-10 years of experience (preference in transportation field and IDOT experience)
· Strong interpersonal skills in working with co-workers and other consultants.
· Proficient in CAD (Autodesk or Microstation)
· Proficient in Design Software(s).
Ability to bid for projects. Work on RFP/RFQ
