We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a growing primary care practice with a reputable staff! The ideal candidate prioritizes exceptional patient care and will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Duties

Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Provide health coaching and education to promote wellness and prevent illness.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Requirements

Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited organization.

Previous experience in primary care or internal medicine.
