Role Overview
As the Lead Generation and Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in fueling EvolutionCo’s growth by generating quality leads, nurturing business relationships, and closing high-potential deals. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on our business development pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement lead generation strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, inbound marketing, etc.).
Manage the full lead lifecycle – from identification to conversion – through CRM platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and content strategy.
Research new market segments, identify buyer personas, and tailor outreach campaigns accordingly.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Represented the company in prospect meetings and supported proposal/pitch development with internal teams.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in lead generation and sales in a digital agency, consultancy, or SaaS/product environment.
Knowledge of digital transformation, UX/UI, technology solutions, and branding services.
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented attitude.
