Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management
Facilitate implementation of various capability building initiatives as per organizational needs
Partner with Lead-Learning & Development to identify competency gaps and design customized training interventions and developmental actions viz. job rotation, deputation, special projects assignments etc.
Partner with location HRBPs in implementing Performance Management system
Support in preparing and implementing Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for identified resources
Facilitate people initiatives viz., 360 DF for identified resources, psychometric assessments sharing reports and follow through for implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Collate data, prepare attrition analysis and present finding, key takeaways and suggestions to Management
Support HRBPs in implementing Talent Management initiatives at Unit level as per need
Organizational Development & Succession Management:
Facilitate design, execution and implementation of organizational development and change management interventions
Partner with HRBPs to implement transformation and organization development initiatives at unit level
Undertake benchmarking studies on identified topics and present findings with proposed actions to Management
Employee Engagement:
Facilitate conducting surveys viz. Employee Engagement, Dip stick surveys as per organizational needs
Analyze survey results, prepare & implement action plan for Corporate and collaborate with HRBPs for preparation & implementation of action plan
Design and facilitate HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and team building
Strategic Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to identify and validate manpower requirements and present proposals to leadership with clear rationale.
Develop and propose organization restructuring plans.
Identify and implement talent retention mechanisms, such as compensation benchmarking, role enhancements and capability building initiatives etc.
