The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with OEM companies (Two wheeler / Four wheeler / Heavy vehicles / Commercial vehicles manufacturers t o build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify OEM partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand the business.
Maintain existing business & expand share of business with existing clients.
Techno commercial candidates with knowledge of RFQ, NPD, New product introduction, Dealing with supply chain, Production & can address customer complaints.
Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical) degree or equivalent experience
12 years' prior industry related OEM business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Budget up to 15 lpa
