Sales Manager – International Sales & Business Development (Filtration-Drying & Glass-Lined Equipment)
Location: Maroli, Gujarat (45 minutes from Surat)
Role Objective:
To scale HLE Glascoat’s international business to INR 100 Crores annually over the next 3 years. As a key driver of our export growth strategy, you’ll lead Sales & Marketing initiatives across global markets in the Filtration-Drying and Glass-Lined Equipment segments.
Designation: Manager / Senior Manager / AGM (based on experience)

Core Responsibilities:
Drive international sales for HLE Glascoat’s existing product portfolio
Develop and manage customer relationships across target geographies
Lead marketing initiatives and business development efforts
Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and collection targets

Must-Haves:
12–16 years of International Sales experience in Chemical and API industries
Engineering Degree (mandatory)
Prior experience as a Process Engineer in Chemical Industry (preferred)
