At Meril, we’re transforming global healthcare with advanced medtech innovations. As our international presence grows, we’re looking for a talented Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and streamline financial operations across our global subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure financial reporting compliance with IFRS and local GAAP

Consolidate international subsidiary financials for group-level reporting

Manage intercompany transactions, foreign exchange exposure, and cash flow

Support audits, tax filings, and compliance across multiple geographies

Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives

Drive standardization, strengthen internal controls, and lead automation efforts

What We’re Looking For

CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA with 7–10 years of experience in international finance

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems

Deep understanding of global accounting standards and cross-border taxation

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-country environments
