About the Role
Create visually appealing designs for shawls, scarfs, and stoles, focusing on innovative patterns and styles. Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately. Develop design concepts and mood boards for seasonal collections. Collaborate with other designers and marketing teams to create designs that align with the brand’s vision. Ensure that designs are within budget and production timelines. Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work.
Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for shawls, scarfs, and stoles etc focusing on innovative patterns and styles.
Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Develop design concepts and mood boards for seasonal collections.
Collaborate with other designers and marketing teams to create designs that align with the brand’s vision.
Ensure that designs are within budget and production timelines.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work.
Qualifications
At least 7 to 10 years of professional design experience, ideally in the textile industry, particularly shawls, scarfs, and stoles.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop – must have experience creating high-quality designs and edits.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator – strong skills in vector design and digital artwork.
CorelDRAW – experience in creating creative artwork and designs.
Basic knowledge of MS Office – for documentation, presentations, and reporting.
Understanding of Ned Graphic for efficient design workflow.
Strong attention to detail with a flair for creativity and innovation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
