Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to join our team in Bangalore. The primary responsibility will be to create and manage interactive dashboards and reports to support internal business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.

Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data visualizations.

Work with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting needs.

Prepare and clean data from Excel, CSV, and SQL-based data sources.

Create custom measures and calculations using DAX.

Ensure data accuracy, visual clarity, and usability of all reports.

Continuously improve and optimize existing reports for better performance and user experience.

Required Skills:

4–7 years of hands-on experience working with Power BI in a professional setting.

Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.

Strong skills in data visualization, storytelling, and report design.

Experience working with Excel and SQL as data sources.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy.

Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any stream).

Familiarity with business processes and KPIs in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, or operations (preferred but not mandatory).

Basic understanding of data modeling concepts.
