Process exp required:-

Heat Treatment & Metallurgy

Hot Forging (Hammer & Press forging

Machine shop (CNC, VMC, HMC)

Electroplating

Must have exposure of dealing with OEM customers

IATF / ISO / OHSAS audits exp

Responsibilities

Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards

Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action

Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings

Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering

12+ years' relevant work experience in Engg industry

Local / Candidate from Punjab / H.P. preferred

Budget up to 10 lacs p.a.
