Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, conversions, and ROI across paid digital channels. You will strategize, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate channels, ensuring measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and manage multi-channel performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.) focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
2.Campaign Management:
Launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
3.Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC, LTV). Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
4. Budget Ownership:
Own and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across channels to maximize ROI and scale performance.
5. Landing Page & Funnel Optimization:
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve landing pages and the user journey for better conversion rates.
6.Audience & Retargeting Strategy:
Build audience segments and create targeted messaging for top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel campaigns.
7.Tool Stack Mastery:
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and ad automation platforms.
8.Collaborative Testing:
Work closely with creative, content, and web teams to continuously test ad creatives, formats, and copy.
9.Competitor & Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and gaps.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience in digital/performance marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns with high monthly spends across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization/reporting tools.
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in eCommerce, D2C, SaaS, or lead-gen businesses is a plus.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are a bonus.
