We’re Hiring: Sustainability/ESG Intern

Location: On-site at BZC Office, Surat

Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension or full-time offer)

Stipend: 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Join us at Building Zero Consultants (BZC) — where we help businesses unlock decarbonisation opportunities, integrate ESG strategies, and shape regenerative futures. As a Sustainability/ESG Intern, you’ll work alongside industry experts on projects that blend innovation, data-driven solutions, and environmental stewardship.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3) and net-zero strategy development

Assist in ESG research and risk analysis

Contribute to sustainability reporting (GRI, BRSR, TCFD, etc.)

Help develop KPIS and metrics for impact measurement

Engage in client-focused sustainability advisory

Learn about green building practices and carbon markets

Ideal For:

Students or recent grads in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Architecture

Those familiar with SBTi, SDGS, GHG Protocol, ESG frameworks

Curious minds with strong research, communication, and analytical skills
