HireLevel is currently seeking a Rebate Specialist in Collinsville, IL!

Position: Full-Time

Location: Collinsville, IL

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Rebate Specialist:

Audit & Documentation: Review all sold new vehicle packets to ensure proper documentation.

Rebate Management: Submit rebates to the OEM and maintain accurate rebate records.

Reconciliation & Reporting: Maintain and reconcile rebate schedules, review rebate receivables with the Office Manager and Ownership team.

Daily Deliveries: Accurately report daily deliveries and update relevant systems.

Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to company HR training requirements and maintain a professional demeanor.

Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support office operations

Job Requirements for the Rebate Specialist:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Basic accounting knowledge preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Analytical and inquisitive mindset.

Work Ethic: Professional, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
