As a Sales Representative at Winters Recreation, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in creating and pursuing sales opportunities. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the recreational and commercial sales industry and who thrive in building meaningful relationships, developing creative solutions, and contributing to the success of a high-performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads through a variety of methods, including marketing engagement calls, client referrals, event networking, and proactive customer outreach. You will also maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive the outstanding service and support that Winters Recreation is known for.
Success in this position requires a proactive and self-driven mindset, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a strong focus on results. While you will work independently in many aspects of your role, you will also collaborate closely with your teammates to share strategies, celebrate wins, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Compensation and Work Hours:
Base salary range: $41,000 to $48,000 annually
Plus: Uncapped commission and incentive opportunities
Total compensation potential: Over $100,000 annually
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 3 Saturdays per month from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
