Position Summary

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating closely with hiring managers to fulfil talent needs efficiently. Build and maintains a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Role and Responsibilities

Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.

Source and identify talent through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements and company culture.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring within agreed timeframes.

Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress and performance.

Draft employment contracts, extend job offers, and conduct onboarding briefings to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and benefits.

Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills in handling multiple recruitment projects independently.

Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support company-wide hiring goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferably with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Creative and solutions-oriented; capable of thinking outside the box to overcome challenges.

Well-organized and adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Open to candidates with both agency and corporate recruitment backgrounds.
