About the Role
Join a team of specialists in the area of institutional abuse and personal injury claims and be supervised and mentored by the best. Arising out of these claims are a range of interesting and complex matters including investigations, fraud, competition, commercial disputes and media law. This opportunity is available to lawyers with at least 5 years’ PQE to join our high performing and successful team.
Work with some of the best strategists whilst receiving support in a welcoming and friendly environment.
About You
You have sound technical legal skills and understand process.
Preferably, you have gained experience in acting for the Respondent in historical institutional abuse claims.
You have experience in general commercial litigation.
You can demonstrate your commensurate experience in mediations and settlement negotiations.
You are seeking a role within a busy and sociable practice. This is a collaborative and closely knit team so you will need to be a good team player.
