DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY
This is a full-time role working Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
As our Permitting and Production Assistant, you'll be the operational glue that holds our solar jobs together. Each day, you'll coordinate and submit permit applications with local jurisdictions, track approvals, and ensure our documentation is airtight. You'll stay connected with inspectors, roofers, utility companies, and contractors to make sure our projects are moving forward without delay. You'll keep our CRM up to date, support the Production Manager, and track progress across multiple active jobs-all while serving as a friendly and dependable point of contact for our customers. Your work will ensure that every project runs smoothly from paperwork to power-on.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
2+ years of administrative and project coordination experience
1+ years of working on the permitting process for local jurisdictions
Comfortable working with external parties (e.g., roofers, city offices, inspectors)
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with solar and/or roofing permitting
Experience in construction, roofing, or insurance coordination
Familiarity with CRMs or project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, JobNimbus, Housecall Pro)
Understanding of solar industry terms and timelines (e.g., AHJ, interconnection, NEM)
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (construction management, business, etc.)
