We have an immediate (on-site) Help Desk Support position in the Knoxville metro area. As a member of our team in this role, you’ll deliver Tier I technical support to end users by diagnosing issues and guiding them through step-by-step solutions. Availability to support a 24/7/365 service desk is required."

Required Knowledge and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

0–2 years of relevant experience in a technical support or customer service role.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions, following established operating procedures.

Capable of diagnosing, resolving, or escalating technical issues as needed in accordance with support guidelines.

Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating technical solutions clearly, managing issues with empathy and professionalism, and maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure and hardware components.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Clearance: Must be able to obtain favorable Public Trust clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the following areas:

Criminal history

Financial status

Known associates

Work history

Medical release
