HOA Community Association Manager – Prescott Lakes (Prescott, AZ)
We are seeking to hire a seasoned Community Association Manager. This Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects to ensure smooth running of the Prescott Lakes community located in Prescott, AZ. This is a great opportunity for right candidate.

Qualifications:
HOA Management experience is required
Management skills a must

Computer savvy – Outlook, Word, and Excel, One Drive and Share Point
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State, federal and local laws.
Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets
Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents.
Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget
Manage and maintain community documents and records.
Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management
Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service.
Community communications as needed.
