Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented Order Processing Specialist. On this contract, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently reviewing and processing incoming sales orders using Salesforce. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and alignment with billing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process sales orders in Salesforce with precision, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

Validate pricing, terms, and customer information before submitting orders.

Work with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing data.

Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent requests.

Support billing handoff and ensure compliance with contract workflows.

Maintain order records and assist with reporting and audit support as needed.

Provide exceptional internal service to ensure smooth management of the order lifecycle.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in data entry, sales operations, or order processing roles (internships are considered).

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and cloud-based systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience with contract processing, billing systems, or SaaS sales cycles (preferred but not required.)

Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, NetSuite, or Zendesk (preferred but not required.)
