Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big? A locally owned and growing Cleveland, TN construction company is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated General Laborer to join their crew!

This is more than just a job—it's a chance to build your future (literally!). You’ll be an essential part of a dynamic team working on a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects across the area.

️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment

Reading and interpreting blueprints and instructions

Carpentry, framing, plumbing, basic electrical work

Operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

Working safely, efficiently, and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $17/hr and up (based on experience)

Shift: 1st shift 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday–Friday

Type: Temp-to-hire – get your foot in the door and grow with the team!

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has proven experience in construction

Is proficient in carpentry

Knows how to handle a variety of hand and power tools

Understands and follows safety procedures

Has basic plumbing, framing, and electrical knowledge

Is ready to show up, work hard, and make an impact!
