Production & Demand Planning Coordinator

Role Profile: As a Production and Demand Planning Coordinator, you will oversee the ordering of the company's products with our factories and the tracking of those products as they are in transit, to ensure the right quantities are requested and delivered.

Your key objective is to maintain a steady supply of Solar Panda products, making sure they are available exactly when needed to meet sales demands and sustain stock levels across the country.

You will also be responsible for working with our suppliers to ensure proper communication of any changes that impact our products and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: •Maintain and update Solar Panda’s sales forecast for new products, spare items and spare parts •Work with country management teams and lead demand planning meetings •Create, manage and document shipment orders •Collaborate with production partners and Solar Panda technical team on new product and product improvement introductions •Maintain change logs of Solar Panda product line, notify Solar Panda teams of product changes such as new products, product improvement, cost savings initiatives.Manage coordination between Solar Panda manufacturing and assembly partners, monitor shipping lists and assembly SOPs •Manage Solar Panda kit part numbers and review product materials for discrepancies (labels, manuals, artworks) Academic Qualification & Work Experience: • A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting • A solid understanding of inventory management practices • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel Personal Attributes: • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing • Excellent attention to detail • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines • Good planning and organizational skills Please send your resume/CV
