Implementation Consultant (US based, Remote)

GTreasury is currently looking for an Implementation Consultant, Cash Forecasting to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements for a Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate for the Solutions Consultant role will be able to leverage prior experience in treasury, finance, relationship banking or Fintech related roles and apply an understanding of our enterprise level customers complex financial needs to implement an appropriate solution.

What You Will Do:
Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/ technical requirements/ process
Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation
Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation
Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered
Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels
Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments
Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget
Participate in building and implementation of the solution
Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals
Specific Experience for the Role:
Proven experience in a corporate Treasury and/or Treasury Management software
Proven track record in project work including implementing treasury systems with good knowledge of project management tools
A good team player with ability to act on own initiative
Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills
Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments
Thorough understanding of Treasury functions within a Corporate Treasury, Financial Institutions or related field
Experience with Software-as-a-service technology solutions
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience
Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus

Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $80,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
