Pickle is a rental marketplace that aims to monetize the billions of underutilized assets sitting in consumers closets and brands inventory. Users can easily tap into shared closets within their community through flexible and/or on-demand delivery options. Our goal is to provide affordable and convenient access to quality items exactly when our users need them. We are starting with P2P clothing/accessories and expanding to other categories.
We are looking for a GTM & Events Associate based in NYC to help bring Pickle to life across key cities - from NYC to new markets. This is a highly detail-oriented, fast-paced role focused on supporting go-to-market efforts, organizing event execution, and making sure no ball gets dropped. You’ll play a huge part in how Pickle shows up offline and IRL, from ensuring details are organized for creator dinners to coordinating weekly emails for new market launches to conducting outreach to potential partners, to finding scrappy ways to get more supply on the platform - and keeping all of our outreach documented, organized and playbooked.
Salary: $60-80K
Responsibilities
Drive go-to-market efforts in new cities, owning the execution and contributing to the strategy. Everything from: identifying which neighborhoods we should focus on, to launching scrappy initiatives to build supply in new markets, to driving brand awareness through community and influencer events and partnerships with other brands/communities
Create digital assets (in Canva) for events—invites, Partifuls, social graphics, etc.
Write and schedule email comms for pre/post event outreach, cohort audiences, and track performance (open rate, click-throughs, RSVPs)
Research and identify new brands, communities, and creators in emerging markets and conduct outreach to help bring these to life
Own the event checklist—vendor coordination, supply orders, packing kits, and ensuring all moving pieces are handled
Keep GTM tools like Notion, Canva folders, vendor/contact lists, and supply trackers organized and up-to-date
Help coordinate materials and keep copy updated for GTM playbooks and marketing templates
Conduct post-event follow ups to close the loop on any new insights or opportunities—update influencer databases, send lookbooks, and conduct and track follow-up touchpoints
