About the role

The Tender and Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the tendering process, customer service and contract administration for projects within the Transport, Mining, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy and OEM specialty market segments. This role involves coordinating with various business stakeholders and contributors, ensuring compliance with company and contractual terms, and mitigating risks to achieve successful project bids for Prysmian. The role is also accountable for the management of project fulfilment and coordination of the team roles and responsibilities, efficiency and training and development to ensure satisfactory performance.

What you'll be doing

Filter and prioritise Tender Requests and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) ensuring the best and efficient use of Company Resources.

Lead the preparation and execution of formal bid/tender strategies for Energy market segments..

Oversee the preparation and submission of tender documentation, and day to day quotations - ensuring alignment with company guidelines, competitive process rules and project requirements (including via customer portals)

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, legal, business development, affiliate factories) and external stakeholders (e.g., EPC contractors, asset owners) to ensure comprehensive and compliant tender submissions.

Coordinates Commercial and Technical Clarification processes.

Maintains strong disciplines around Sales Order Management, Error and Waste, and Customer Complaints.

Cooridnates Teams proivsion of Order Confirmation and Back Order Reports

Leads Project Kick Off & Project Status meetings with Customers.

What we're looking for

Solid experience in contract management within the renewable energy or industrial sectors.

Proven experience within the Industrial or OEM projects sector.

Strong knowledge of project management tools, FIDIC templates, and project implementation insurances.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field or equivalent work experience
