Tow Truck Dispatch

Alpha Automotive is looking for a Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our rapidly growing team!

As a Tow Truck Dispatcher, a typical day may include:

Assigning drivers to the routes and overseeing their dispatch

Ensuring tows are completed on time and accurately

Receiving incoming calls and gathering essential information regarding the nature of the customer's vehicle issue and location.

Documenting all relevant information, including customer details, service requests and job statuses thoroughly in dispatching software

This career may be for you if:

You have experience using software like Towbook, AAA, Turo, Michell, and/or CCC

You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and professionally

You have previous experience as a tow truck dispatcher, customer service and/or call center representative

You have a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
