Event Setup & Breakdown Crew - Inflatable Festival

Job Description

We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to assist with the setup, cleaning, maintenance, and breakdown of inflatable attractions, tents, tables, and other festival equipment at the Buffalo Inflatable Festival at Front Park over Memorial Day Weekend.

Job Duties Include:

Unloading/loading inflatable units, tents, tables, and chairs from trucks

Assisting in setting up large inflatables and securing them properly

Cleaning and inspecting equipment during setup and after event days

Providing basic support during the event (moving supplies, repositioning equipment if needed)

Breaking down and packing equipment safely and efficiently after event close

Dates Needed:

Setup Days: May 21–22, 2025

Festival Days: May 23–26, 2025 (optional for support roles during event)

Breakdown: May 27 and May 28, 2025

Hours:

Shifts typically between 8 AM – 6 PM (some flexibility based on needs)

Pay Rate: $18 hr
