We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate heavy equipment, specifically forestry mulchers, to ensure efficient and safe operation in various work environments. Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate forestry mulchers and other heavy equipment as required.

Perform equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure proper functionality.

Clear vegetation and manage terrain for forestry and land management projects.

Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines during equipment use.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.

Maintain accurate records of equipment use and project progress.

Adhere to environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating forestry mulchers or other heavy equipment.

Valid driver’s license and any necessary certifications for equipment operation.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Physical ability to work in various outdoor conditions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
