2W Technologies needs to add another Success Manager to the team because of our explosive growth and we promote from within. If a 2W Tech Success Manager is your next gig, here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:
Solid experience in Success Management or a similar sales role.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence convincingly at all levels of the organization, including the C-suite.
A track record of delivering client-focused solutions, with a keen eye on customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and initiatives while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Stellar listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, proud of what you do and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Understanding of ERP (Epicor ERP extra points)
