Plant Head

We are searching for a Plant Head for a leading Packaging & Printing company based in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities :

Full responsibility for day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, dispatch, labor, and logistics.

Deep knowledge of mono carton and corrugated carton production processes, machines, and workflow.

Ability to work on the ground, troubleshoot issues, and train junior staff.

Implement and maintain ISO, GMP, and other quality standards .

Bring in best practices from established companies—create a process-oriented plant culture.

Drive quality control at every level and reduce wastage/rejections.

Take complete charge of plant machinery, utilities, and preventive maintenance.

Ensure maximum uptime and longevity of machines with minimal breakdowns.

Continuously optimize production output, reduce idle time and increase efficiency.

Skills and Qualification :

Diploma/B.Tech in Printing Technology / Mechanical / Production (preferred)

Minimum 20 years of experience in the mono/carton and corrugated carton packaging industry

Proven track record of leading plant operations successfully
