We are seeking Caring Companions to provide social, emotional, and light non-medical support to our residents in a warm and respectful environment. If you are patient, kind-hearted, and have a genuine desire to help others, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Offer companionship through conversation, reading, playing games, or simply being present.

Assist residents with non-clinical activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, meal companionship, and walking support.

Accompany residents to activities and appointments within the facility.

Promote emotional well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Communicate any changes in behavior or condition to nursing staff.

Support residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

Genuine passion for working with seniors.

Patience, empathy, and a warm personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in a caregiving, hospitality, or healthcare environment

Ability to work independently and follow instructions from care staff.

Must be dependable and punctual.
