An innovative technology company in the digital advertising field is seeking a Programmatic Ad Optimization Specialist.

The role involves analyzing, managing, and optimizing campaigns based on real-time advertising data, with the goal of maximizing ad revenue and meeting clients KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Manage a book of business of programmatic partners - understand client strategic objectives & KPIs in order to be able to intelligently identify and execute opportunities, effectively upsell and grow the overall partnership

Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance for different types of client integrations and activities

Work on monetization platforms to analyse real time data, identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ad operations and digital advertising technologies (ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and other relevant platforms).

Manage and allocate ad inventory effectively to achieve maximum revenue potentials.

Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team based on data analysis.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising or ad inventory optimization.

Love for data-driven decision making - ability to monitor, A/B test and identify trends in data to generate action items and insights

Experience working with programmatic platforms (like Bidscube, Teqblaze, Limelight, etc) on different type of integrations, preferably OpenRTB

Strong ability to analyze dashboards, reports, and user trends.

Sharp analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Very high proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
