About us:

At its heart, Probo is India’s leading online skill gaming platform building prediction markets for India. On Probo, users can find questions on many topics of their interest, like sports, news, finance and many more. Users can swipe yes or no to express their opinion and place trade(s), and by doing so they enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Probo is a matching engine that enables the execution of this event contract. Each trade is INR 10, and at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the quantum at stake.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our in-house creative team and drive high-impact advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hypothesizing insights, crafting compelling storylines, and experimenting with creative strategies to enhance ad performance. You will work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to bring bold, data-backed creative ideas to life.

Qualifications & Skills:

8-12 years of experience in creative strategy, content development, and digital advertising within startups or creative agencies.

Strong understanding of performance marketing and the role of creatives in driving ad effectiveness.

Experience in conceptualizing, scripting, and developing ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

Ability to interpret data, user behavior, and engagement metrics to refine creative strategies.

Hands-on experience working with motion graphics, video production, and design teams.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, and A/B testing frameworks.

A strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns and creative experiments.

Exceptional storytelling skills with a knack for consumer psychology and emotional triggers.

Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creativity and innovation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have:

● Experience working on D2C brands, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer startups.

● Exposure to AI-driven creative optimization and automation tools.

● Background in copywriting, UX storytelling, or branding.

● Ability to scale creative production and manage multiple experiments simultaneously.
