Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift AND 3rd Shift AVAILABLE - Food/Beverage Manufacturing

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve the overall reliability of production processes while directing regular maintenance work and ensuring all equipment and systems are safe and in good working order. You will need to have maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing facility.

Other responsibilities will include:

Scheduling & Managing Team

Preventative Maintenance as well as Capital Projects

Wastewater Treatment

Promotes continuous & process improvements for lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisor’s position:

Experience with pumps, conveyors, ammonia systems, PLCs.

Experience with MS Office and CMMS

Able and willing to work the 2nd shift for the future

Food/beverage background is highly preferred, but will consider those who have worked on similar equipment

Union background highly preferred.
