About Us

We are a large Medical/Hazardous Waste Company with offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas. Our Arizona office is located in Casa Grande, and we are looking for a strong customer service professional to join our team.

Call center experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

· Dispatching & communicating with drivers via phone & text

· Answering phone lines & assisting customers

· Scheduling customer services efficiently

· Strong email communication & follow-up calls

· Assisting other departments with occasional tasks

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Scheduling experience strongly preferred Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (Typing test required) Strong computer skills & ability to multitask efficiently Friendly & professional phone demeanor Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail Assertive, confident, and comfortable working under pressure QuickBooks experience is a plus

Compensation

Pay Based on experience- Health Insurance & 401k Paid Sick & Vacation Time
