Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations

Manage inventory control processes

Keep up with all paperwork (billing)

Work Independently with minimal supervision

Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Assist with process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Utilize warehouse management systems to monitor performance metrics

Ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.

Experience/Qualifications/Capabilities:

Strong leadership and team building skills a must (Will serve as backup to the Warehouse Manager when needed)

Minimum high school diploma

3+ years Warehouse/Fleet Management experience in a manufacturing environment

Customer Service in a fast paced/dynamic business

Experience with warehousing in manufacturing operation with multiple lines, with high # of product numbers

Experience with inventory control experience

Sit Down Forklift experience

MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience coaching and motivating employees to succeedCompany Description
