Responsibilities
Welcoming an integrative thinking veterinarian. Practicing functional medicine with treatments, surgery, diagnostics and nutrition incorporated into everyday and complicated cases. Independent thinking veterinarian that can work well with a very well educated and motivated staff. Work with two veterinarians that will mentor and support case decisions and review. No weekends with 3 local emergency and specialty hospitals for referral. Part-time or full-time.
The clinic is located in the south-side area of Chattanooga. A fast growing area with amazing new restaurants, music and a walkable lifestyle. Chattanooga was voted #1 outdoor city twice in Outdoor magazine. Hiking, biking, kayaking and climbing areas all within 20 minutes to an hour from the city center.
Qualifications
Licensed veterinarian, preferably certified in acupuncture or curious to learn new modalities in chiropractic, acupuncture, ozone, supplements and/or natural nutrition. Well rounded in surgery, radiology evaluation and interested in applying multiple modalities to diagnose and treat cases. Must be willing to work with a staff that is involved with case progress and the education of clients.
